Dr. Oz : The Healthy List

I always enjoy Dr. Oz on Oprah because he does a nice job of simplifying health advice. He summarizes his new book on aging in this handy checklist of all the food items and vitamins we need each day to be healthy — and it even includes sex! Uh oh!
